Your new artwork will arrive professionally packaged and insured, shipped directly to your door- Or if your local we offer delivery and instillation services.

Works On Canvas and Under Glass
All Canvas Art 36x48 and under is shipped via UPS.
Each painting comes with tracking and is insured for full replacement value
Original art ships within 3-5 business days
Each painting is produced on gallery wrapped archival canvas or wood panel 
Varnished and UV protected
Wired and ready to hang
Paintings are wrapped in a moisture protective covering, and double boxed before being shipped. 

Original Works On Paper & Collages
All Works on paper are shipped flat Via UPS
Each painting comes with tracking and is insured for full replacement value
Original works of art on paper ship within 3-5 business days
Paintings 16x20 and smaller are wrapped in a moisture protective sleeve and shipped flat 
Paintings larger than 18x24 Are wrapped in a moisture protective film and tubed for shipping

Extra Large Paintings
All Paintings that are larger than 36x48 are shipped via currier and you will be contacted to schedule delivery after purchase.

Returns & Damages
Due to the limited edition nature of painting, and collage, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 
Each painting purchase is final sale.
If you receive your painting and it is damaged in shipping or you are dissatisfied for any reason please email us within 3 business days of receiving your painting here.

Frequently Asked Questions 

Is my artwork insured during shipping?
Yes. All artwork shipments are fully insured until they arrive at your stated delivery location. All packages do not require a signature upon delivery. Once the package has been delivered to your destination, responsibility for the artwork transfers to the recipient.

Can I see artwork in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. We understand that purchasing art is a meaningful decision, and many clients prefer to view work in person or even in their own space. At Rennie Art Company, all artwork listed on our website is housed on site at our studio in Midlothian, Virginia. To schedule an in-person viewing or consultation, please email us here to arrange an appointment.

What if an artwork is sold out or I’m interested in a commission?
We work closely with our artists and are happy to assist with commission requests or inquiries about sold-out pieces. Custom commissions are available upon request. To begin the conversation, please email us here we’d love to help explore the possibilities.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in purchasing artwork, please email us prior to placing an order. International purchases, if arranged, are subject to additional courier fees, import taxes, and customs declarations, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
