Nicki Metcalf Pliodzinskas

Nicki Metcalf is a Richmond native with a big personality, bold perspective, and an unmistakable artistic voice. Known for her short stature and unapologetically spunky spirit, Nikki draws inspiration from New York grunge, California cool, 90's nostalgia, all things vintage and a lifelong admiration for Jean-Michel Basquiat. 

Working in abstract forms with heavy texture, Nicki’s colorful compositions are packed with movement, attitude, and raw energy. She thrives outside the lines both on canvas and in life, creating work that feels expressive, layered, and confidently untamed. 

Beyond the studio, Nikki is a wife, a mom to three, an avid dog lover, and Jesus follower who brings heart, humor, and authenticity into everything she does.
