Jade Tantillo Morrison

​Jade Tantillo Morrison is an artist with East Coast roots and a Southwest soul. Her work resists tidy categorization. It is an ever-evolving practice that lives somewhere between riding a horse and hailing a cab. Drawing from both coasts, her aesthetic blends Southwestern grit with East Coast edge, where vintage sensibilities collide with modern life.

Debuted as a full-time artist first by the tactile pull of sketchbooks and original drawing, Jade’s process has expanded into different realms, layering mediums of antique-inspired imagery with nods to present-day to create work that feels both nostalgic and newly imagined. The result is a body of work comfortable with contradiction: blunt yet delicate, abstract yet vibrant. 

Many of her pieces carry a playful tension—tantalizing, suggestive, and occasionally a little too bold for the internet’s comfort (her work has been known to ruffle a few community-guideline feathers along the way).

At its core, Jade’s work is driven by curiosity and exchange: a constant pursuit to inspire and be inspired.
