Alice Colin

Alice Colin is a multidisciplinary artist whose work ranges from digital creations to mixed-media and 3D compositions.
Originally from Bordeaux, France, she has journeyed across the globe—living and working in India, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and England—before settling in Charleston with her husband and sons. A self-taught artist with a background in psychology and communication, her creative process is guided by a desire to translate emotion and thought into visual harmony, seeking balance through the interplay of colors, shapes, and textures. Drawing inspiration from her travels, adopted cultures, and the diversity of human expression she encounters, she strives to create works that capture the essence, stories, and lived experiences of her subjects. In her recent floral compositions, this exploration takes on a new intimacy—where precise botanical forms merge with soft, atmospheric gestures to reflect shifting perception and the quiet beauty of imperfection
